About

Industrial streets, the sharpness of winter light, and the thrill of discovering an unknown place — these are my true sources of inspiration.

I’m Rebeka, a Hungarian artist and fine arts graduate. I started urban sketching the way many things begin — by simply paying attention. While working in a shop, I found myself watching the faces passing by the window, capturing them in quick sketches that later became oil paintings. Somewhere in that process, I fell in love with the sketch itself.

In late 2025 I moved to Aalborg, Denmark, and turned that experience into a daily sketching practice — documenting the city’s hidden stories, industrial corners, and the rhythm of bridges over the fjord.

I split my time between Hungary and Denmark — always moving, always sketching. Every place has its own light, its own rhythm, and its own stories worth capturing.

I work with ink, acrylics, coloured pencils and watercolour. Every drawing is an attempt to freeze a moment before it disappears.

My hand-drawn artwork is available as digital downloads in my Etsy shop.

In 2022 my work was featured in a local window exhibition — you can read the original article here (in Hungarian): Kirakatban a művészet – STAG Egyesület 5. kirakatkiállítása
